The three things that you should pay extra attention to are you trade show booth, presentation, and you’re promotional items. The only thing that you are really responsible is the presentation.

Although you should have a lot of input on your trade show booth as well as your promotional items. Since you are representing your entire company it is best to be as knowledgeable as possible. But as far as drawing the crowd, your trade show booth should handle that. If you put on a good presentation then your promotional items that you pass out should keep potential customers hooked.
