Graphic design job description is a job that is used everywhere you look/. It ids in books, in advertising, photos and even the words we read. Graphic designers make everything we see around us, from deciding the color to the layout.

A large function of the job is meeting with clients and listening to their needs and wants. They use this session to brainstorm ideas. Listening is a major function of the job, since it is imperative that the client is getting what they want and need in a pleasing package.

What they do is create these designs into ideas, and make prototypes. This means that they take what they heard from the client and create the picture, then present them back to them in a model of what the rest of the designs will look like once they are printed.

They also must be able to competently use computers and programs to create and add effects to the designs. They also have to be able to manage and work with printer and technicians to get the final product to the client. Business and management skills are very important to have.

A designer must also be able to adhere to a budget, ad be able to deliver the product on a time table. They must have high quality designs to show the client, even in prototype, and have an eye and attention to detail. Artistic ability is without question, and being able to marry all of the qualities is important for a designer to have.

The graphic design job description requires more then mere artistic ability, it uses many skills from business skills to art skills. It can be a rewarding way to shape the world around us, and to be able to bring your vision to share with the public.
